EchoFrame Africa is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Operations team. This role centers on delivering high-craft creative work while collaborating closely with teams across the studio to move projects from brief through delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Keep the studio running smoothly, including:
- Managing day-to-day processes across the team
- Partnering with leadership on planning and reporting
- Improving internal tools, systems, and ways of working
- Supporting the team with the resources they need to do great work
Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with every department, including:
- Coordinating between creative, production, and client teams
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
- Contributing to a healthy, sustainable studio culture
