EchoFrame Africa is seeking a Motion Designer to join the Creative team. This role centers on delivering high-craft creative work while collaborating closely with teams across the studio to move projects from brief through delivery.
Concept & Direction
Lead the creative vision across projects, including:
- Developing original concepts for campaigns, films, and brand content
- Presenting creative direction to internal teams and clients
- Maintaining visual and tonal consistency across deliverables
- Collaborating closely with writers, designers, and production teams
Craft & Execution
Own the quality of the work from first draft to final delivery, including:
- Reviewing and refining work at every stage of production
- Staying current with design, film, and cultural trends
- Mentoring junior creatives on the team
- Balancing ambition with deadlines and budget realities
